Job Description
Social Housing Contractor looking for Multi Traders to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract covering properties in South East/ South West London.
The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and PDA complete your duties.
Duties will include:
– Basic Plumbing
– Basic Carpentry
– Wet Trades; tiling small areas, patch plaster, painting
– Fencing, slabbing
40 hours per week /Monday to Friday
8am – 5pm
13 weeks temp to perm
RATE OF PAY £20 CIS/ UMBRELLA ONLY
