Sales Negotiator – Cambridge
A large residential developer who specialise in high end property are currently looking for several Sales Negotiators in Cambridge
The ideal candidate will have the good knowledge of the process of selling a new build property including selling off-plan & also Sales Progression, please see below day to day duties:
Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
Sales Progression
Chasing sales leads
Calling through internal database
