Page Group has an excellent opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer in Derby. Our client is looking for a Power BI Specialist, and the role comes with a salary of up to £50k per annum.
As a flexible BI Developer, you will create insightful, interactive and aesthetically pleasing reporting solutions in Power BI.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Ingest data from a variety of data sources (financial, People Service, marketing and operational) and perform required transformations in Power Query / editor M-code / DAX
Develop solid data modelling capabilities
Develop calculations and measures that are accurate and performant on large datasets
Design and optimise navigation features in Power BI to guide users through a compelling data story.
To apply for this Power BI Developer role, you will need a degree or relevant professional experience. You will also require the following:
Extensive experience developing end-to-end reporting and deployment processes
Solid data modelling capabilities including designing effective data models within Power BI
Fluent in DAX code and experienced in when and where to apply this.
In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £45,000 to £50,000.
