Job Description
S&L Personnel are recruiting Packing Operatives for our client based in Thurmaston, Leicester LE4.
We are looking for packing Operative staff to pack Christmas Gift Sets as well as other packing jobs for our client who has a large number of orders to complete for customers based in the uk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local company with a strong position in the food packaging industry.
Pay rate: £9.50 (Paid Weekly).
Hours of work:
· Monday to Thursday – 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.
· Friday 08:00am to 14:00pm
Breaks- Monday to Thursday 45 min (15 min & 30 min).
Friday – 15 min break.
37.75 hours per week.
Job responsibilities of a Warehouse packer:
· Packing various items into hampers to a high quality, maintaining consistent speed and accuracy.
· Quality checking products prior to packing.
· Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards within the pack area.
· Ensuring productivity and pack targets are achieved.
· Insuring that correct quantity has been received and stock has been marked up correctly
