Job Description
Background –
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paramedic Practitioner to join a fantastic, CQC Outstanding GP practice in the Reading! This surgery has a long-standing Partnership and management setup, working alongside and team who are passionate about the high level of care they offer to every single patient. Within this role you will be expected to deal with triage lists, acute, on-the-day appointments, home-visiting and also have the chance to pursue your own specialist interests!
Within this role, you will work as part of a team of Paramedic Practitioners, ensuring that the highest levels of care are shown to all patients within the community. The practice offers tremendous support for career progression and will support someone completing their ACP MSc!
Salary – £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH + study leave

Permanent, full-time position on-site
Manageable workload with streamlined admin
Deal with both telephone and face-to-face appointments
Work closely with fellow Paramedics to orchestrate home-visiting schedules
Deliver exceptional and continuous care to all patients
Pursue ACP MSc with the practice's support and backingThe benefits –
