Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work in a permanent position on a Pharmaceutical Project. This supervisor position is based in Switzerland, with a salary range of €70,000 – €80,000, and comes with some amazing benefits.

Mechanical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities of a mechanical supervisor include, but are not limited to;

Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors, foremen and chargehands

Take responsibility for health and safety on site

Establish and adjust work timelines to adhere to project schedule

Organise workers, machinery and materials

Conduct quality control inspections

Ensuring tasks are completed on time

Train employees and apprentices

Maintain detailed and accurate site reports

Partake and lead meetings to key stakeholders, clients and other relevant parties

Role Requirements:

The ideal mechanical supervisor must have the following;

HVAC experience required

Pharmaceutical experience

Previous experience working on big EU projects of €20M+

Trade background with experience leading more than 10 trade personnel
