Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a contract to permanent vacancy working 3 days in the office based in Watford and 2 working from home. Process company's LUNAR payroll (Multi Company, Multi Site) in a timely manner.
The candidate will be expected to be flexible regarding holidays (e.g. to organise around crucial processing times).
Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Including new starter records and uploading right to work documentation.
Upload relevant csv files re Time sheets, SSP, SMP, Adjustments into payroll etc.
Assist with Pensions Employee Auto Enrolment and uploads to External Pension Companies.
Answer email staff queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
Handle changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Honour confidentiality of employees' pay records.
Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes, reconciliation, or managerial review.
Process and procedure automation.
