Our client a global leader in international maritime transportation. They are city centre with access to public transport.
Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
Processing the full cycle monthly payroll for UK, Spain, and Luxembourg; the bi-weekly payroll for Canada; and providing support to our Bahrain and Philippines payroll initiators as required.
Be the main point of contact for employee queries relating to payroll and tax.
Responsibility for payroll reconciliation and reporting for regional and global payrolls.
Prepare post-payroll reports for finance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensuring that employees are properly registered on all benefits and provide day-to-day support on queries.
Work closely with our benefits partners to include the processing of invoices.Profile
The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in full cycle UK payroll. International payroll experience is preferred.
Experience of working within a HR team within a global organization.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent skills with all basic Microsoft applications, in particular Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
UK Payroll qualification or qualified by experience.
Experience in Spanish/Canadian payroll.Job Offer
