An exciting opportunity to work as a production operative with an industry-leading automotive manufacturer.
Staffline is recruiting production operatives in Oxford
This full-time position offers rotating shifts working Monday to Friday.
Rotating shifts include:
– 6am – 1:30pm
– 1:30pm – 9pm
– 9pm – 4:30am

– First 12 weeks £14.78 per hour
– 3-12 months £16.85 per hour
– 12-18 months £17.84 per hour
– 18-24 months £18.83 per hour
– 24 months+ £19.82 per hour
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
Your Time at Work
The day-to-day responsibilities of a production operative include:
– Polishing, and wax works
– Applying sealants and quality-checking vehicle components.
– Maintaining the high standards set by the site.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal production operative is comfortable performing manual handling tasks and shows a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
They should be punctual, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.
