* BSc Qualified in Quantity Surveying
* Experience in Residential Care Home builds preferred but not essential
* Experience in preparing estimates
* Understanding of construction risk and commercial management
* IT skills including Office, Outlook, BIM/CAD, Blue Beam
* Exceptional written and spoken English skills
* Self-motivated personality
* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
* Organisation and time management skills
