Job Description

We at Stonewall Recruitment have an opportunity for a Part Time Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to be based out of Derby.

Due to staggered growth and increasing requirements we are looking for someone for 3 days per week initially to supplement the team. This then may lead to more work as time goes on

This will start as a 4-week contract with room for this to expand with time.

What will you be doing?

* Support with the growth of both our industrial division, as well as our logistics division

* Liaising with clients and candidates on the phone, email, social media as well as face to face

* General administration, which will include writing/posting adverts, updating our database, supporting our registrations, referencing and compliance

* Relationship building, help to establish new opportunities, and capitalise on leads then come your way

About you

* Someone who likes to train, learn, and develop

* Ideally you will have a recruitment background, however this is not a prerequisite as training will be given

* A people person

* Someone that enjoys all aspects of social media

* You will have a good telephone manner and be confident on the phone

* And you must be able to work well as part of a small team

* You’ll be adept at using your own initiative to solve day to day challenges

* A can-do attitude

* You will be computer literate, and able to work with Microsoft Office

* You will have a good attention to detail

* Must be able to drive and have access to your own transport

The working day is kept quite short as we are trying to offer the best work life balance so you will work a 7-hour day, however this may be extended upwards peak times, so we ask for a level of flexibility, but we work around you as much as we can

This would someone that can’t quite commit to a 5-day working week but wants to keep busy. This may also suit someone looking to take their first step into the recruitment Industry
