Job Description
The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our Central Managed Services (CMS) team based in Bromsgrove reporting to the Senior Manager.
The core function of the Consultant is to provide a high quality service in line with company values. You will need to fully understand the clients’ needs to ensure candidates’ skills are suitable in order to successfully match them to client requirements. You will provide a single point of contact that interface between your clients and The Best Connection’s network of offices.
Working with some of our company’s key clients you will be maintaining and developing strong client relationships, understanding and promoting the features and the benefits of the service and expanding existing business
The Package:
Annual starting salary of £21,840 with realistic first year earnings of £25,000 – £26,000
Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year’s employment inclusive of statutory holidays.
