Job Description
The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Home Manager for a Children's Home in West Sussex.
The role involves:
overall day to day running of a small 3 bed home for children and young people with EBD /SEMH needs
ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
meeting all budgetary, regulatory and service development targets
responsibility for providing a high-quality service, both in respect of client support and employee engagement
effective occupancy management; co-ordinating referrals and assessments
leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered toFor this role, you will need to have:
NVQ 5 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification
Strong management and communication skills
