Job Description
I am currently working with a leading provider in care services for those that are elderly or have complex needs. A fantastic opportunity as arisen to join their team in Halesowen as their Registered manager.
The service is state of the art and has an ambitious plan for the future and the organsation are looking for their next manager to take them to the next level.
As part of your role as Registered manager, you hold overall responsibility for the delivery of care services across a defined service, and therefore must comply with all regulatory requirements including registration and inspection processes as laid down by the Care Quality Commission. To safeguard and promote the welfare of service users and to ensure that the quality of care provided is consistent with The Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. To establish and maintain a competent, motivated, and confident staff team and to offer leadership, managerial direction, guidance and support to staff at junior levels.

I am looking for a confident, driven and ambitious person who can deliver the brands vision as well as your own for this service.
You will be a person that has great knowledge and understanding of CQC as well as their policies and proceedings. You will also be very confident in leading a team, one to ones, referrals, family liaison and compliance.
To be considered for this role then you must lead by example, be confident with CQC, be a deputy/team leader/care manager/ home manager/registered manager, be proactive, ambitious, hands on and a real go getter!! You must have your NVQ Level3 in Health and Social Care and the WANT to do your Level 5, you don't need this to be successful with the role. However, the client has asked that the ideal candidate be prepared to want to complete their NVQ Level 5.
For your hard work and commitment, you can expect a salary of £38,000, 100% funding to complete your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Development. Career development, pension plan, fantastic holiday allowance and the opportunity to develop into a multi-site manager.
