RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME MANAGER – OLDER PEOPLE / DEMENTIA – BEVERLEY
COMMUTABLE FROM HULL, BEVERLEY, POCKINGTON, DRIFFIELD, MARKET WEIGHTON, HORNSEA, GOOLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS
SALARY £50,000 NEGOTIABLE DOE
This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or Registered Care Home Manager to manage a medium sized overall good residential care home for a private health care provider.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects within a residential care home for older people / dementia. The home needs a committed person who will further develop this already overall good CQC report which may now need improvements.
Rewards Package of Residential Care Home Manager:
£50,000 pa basic salary (Reviewed annually)
Up to 33 Days Annual Leave allowance

Responsibilities of Residential Care Home Manager:
Management of Finances and Budgets
Ensuring the smooth running of the home daily
You will lead, motivate, and inspire your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest quality, exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQC
The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:
You will have a strong background in residential care in the elderly care sector either at Home Manager level
A dynamic, confident, and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open, approachable personality
You will have good role longevity & experience of working in residential care homes for Older People.
