Job Description
Job Title: Resource Allocator
Location: Doncaster
Hourly Rate: £9.50 – £10.28
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Length of the contract: 12 weeks
Grafton Recruitment are seeking to appoint an experienced Resource Allocator to join our Service Management Team. The Resource Allocator will be responsible for providing daily operational support to the team for the efficient and effective delivery and co-ordination of cleaning, catering and portering services.
Main Duties:
Ensure all telephone and verbal enquiries are responded to in a prompt, polite, friendly and courteous manner.
Assess operational demand against service assistant staffing to maintain and improve performance and productivity.
Communicate and liaise with the Team Leader and Zone Co-ordinator on workload priorities and staffing allocation.
Provide and receive information which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and ensure this is communicated properly within the organisation.
Respond to requests, complaints and failures in service.
Participate in recruitment.
Communicate with staff on performance and training matters.
Participate in Department meetings.
Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved.Role Criteria:
Knowledge of IT and software systems including Microsoft, E-roster, Teletracking and MC4C.
Knowledge of Service Resource levels.
Knowledge of operational services for cleaning, deep cleaning, catering and portering services.
Knowledge of National Cleaning Standards, Cleaning Manual, PLACE and PAMS.
