Job Description
Employment Lawyer is required for a well-respected law firm who provide respondent legal services across the UK.
This role is suited to a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Barrister with an expert knowledge of employment law. Experience of managing a large case load is essential, however full supervision/ mentoring support is provided as required. The 2years+ PQE is a guide only and lawyers with more experience will be considered.
Essential:
* Ability to advise employers on all aspects of employment law
* Ability to work and make decisions (under supervision where appropriate)
* Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet and diary software to an intermediate level
* Ability to advise on contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Previous experience of advising Employers in relation to employment law tribunal matters is highly desirable.
* Excellent Client Care skills
