£28,845 per annum + Van + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading Housing Associations in the UK, working as a skilled Roofer in the property maintenance division, covering Huntingdon and Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Role
In this role you will utilise your knowledge and experience to be able to carry out high quality work, providing a cost-effective and customer-focused service. Your time will be spent repairing and maintaining in their tenanted properties as well as working within their void homes.
You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Due to the travel required in this role, you must possess a current UK driving licence.
An NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in maintenance, multi-skilled or specific trade with a working knowledge of other trades including joinery and plumbing would be preferable but not essential. Ideally you will possess previous experience working a social or domestic housing environment.
