Job Description
The solution Group is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Project manager to look after the Roofing and cladding projects around the Midlands area, projects will be running for 12-16 weeks depending on complexity.
Salary – Subject to experience + Benefits
Job type – Permanent
As the project manager you must be able to;
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and cost control abilities.
* Ensure all personnel on site performs work to the highest standard .
* Ensure that materials are ordered and deliveries meet project requirements.
* Routinely make management decisions with minimal supervision throughout the project.
* Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and the Main Contractor/Client.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
* Be responsable for the delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget.
* Manage day to day operational duties.
Requirememts;
* Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager.
* Must have roofing and cladding expeience.
* experience running roofing and cladding projects.
* Must have exellent communication skills.
* Ablle to read construction drawings.
* High level of organisation and attention of detail.
* Computer literate
