Job Description

Are you an expereinced and motivated Sales Administrator, who is looking for an exciting new role in a well established company in Derby?

 If so, we have a fabulous Sales Administrator role that may be perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic client based in Spondon, Derby, who are looking to hire someone with excellent sales and administration skills to process orders, raise quotations, resolve queries, liaise with other departments and ensure monthly sales targets are met etc.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Strong administration skills
Excellent communications both verbally and written
Organisation sills
Sales experience
Good customer service skills
A high level of attention to detail is essential at all times to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a sales or administration role and have excellent communication skills.  You will have the ability to prioritise your workload effeiciently and keep to strict deadlines.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Processing orders via email or phone
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
Resolving order queries
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintaining and update sales and customer records
Developing monthly sales reports
Communicating important feedback from customers internally
Ensuring sales targets are met
Stay up-to-date with new products
Raising quotations
Chasing sales quotes
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £21,000

Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm – 45 min lunch
