Job Description
Team Leader – Permanent – Leeds (LS16) – Full Time Office Based
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5.15pm, Friday – 8.45am- 2.45pm
Salary: £26,000 – £28,300 per annum
OTE: £38000 – £40300 per annum
Bonus: up to £1000 commission per month
Please note: You MUST have previous call centre team leader experience for this position

What you will be doing
Delivering a high level of service increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction
Working towards and achieving team targets for sales, service levels and performance
Planning and prioritising your time to support team members
Confidently coaching your team to make outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts
Ensuring your team perform in line with sales and performance targets
What we need from you
Previous experience leading a team in sales/telesales is required
To have experience in tracking and recording staff management
Excellent at coaching, mentoring and developing staff
Willingness to learn and coach call techniques, products and services
Have very strong communication skills listening and interpersonal skills
Experience of working with a CRM systems
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Customer-focused with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service
