Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a temporary School Cook with a passion for cooking, to join our client within the DBS sector in Walsall.

School Cook Requirements:

• Confident to manage a small team
• Running the kitchen
• Cooking for 250 covers
• Stock Management (if needed)
• Able to work in a professional and respectful manner.
• Work well within a team
• Knowledge and understanding of food allergens and special diets
• Experience working in a kitchen environment as a cook or chef
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Enhanced DBS

School Cooks / Chefs Benefits:
