The Role – SEND LEAD Teaching Assistant
The successful candidate will have to have experience in working as a teaching assistant, you will need excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with every student. With this SEND LEAD Teaching Assistant position, you will be required to take on additional responsibilities.
The school will commit to your professional development. You will have ongoing support from the senior leadership team and will attend appropriate training and development opportunities. You will be given support, time, and space to grow as a leader and improve the provision across the school.
