Job Description
Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Dinnington (S25) who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Bookkeeper.
The Senior Bookkeeper will be a key part of the team providing all aspects of bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This will be a stand-alone role and as a result the successful applicant will be given full autonomy to make the position their own as well as a fully flexible working pattern.

Duties and responsibilities
*Managing the day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of sole traders and some limited companies
*Sales ledger, purchase ledger including bank reconciliations
*Handling HMRC queries
*Arranging detailed year end reconciled information
*Dealing with VAT returns
*Using accounts software such as Sage
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years' bookkeeping experience. Sage experience would also be desirable but not mandatory.
