Job Description
A very exciting opportunity is available for an experience payroll professional who wants to take their career to the next level. LHH have partnered with a international media company based in Leicester and they are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team.
This role will joining the Shared Services HR and Payroll department and will report directly into the Payroll Team Leader.
About the role:
Process any amendments or post amendments directly to the payroll system prior to the payroll deadline.
Post P45's and print any payslips for leavers.
Process any new starters.
Process any company sick pay or statutory sick pay.
Update absence management system.
Respond and deal effectively to any payroll queries.
Ensure pension deductions are processed accurately and in line with Auto-Enrolment and procedure.
Keep up to date with payroll legislation.
Assist in the preparation of month end duties.
Assist in the preparation of P11d's.About you:
At least 2 years payroll experience.
Previous experience using payroll systems required.
CIPP qualified (desirable)
Excellent communication skills.
