Job Description
Clearfield Recruitment are recruiting for a freelance/ temporary Senior Project Manager role with a high end developer based in Central London.
Minimum of a 3 month period of work on site completing a new development in Hackney, mainly doing internals and finishings work. New build mixed use high rise building, comprising predominantly high spec residential apartments, then with lower floors retail/ commercial/ office space. Project is worth £30M+.
For this Senior Project Manager role you must have experience on similar project (s), and have self delivery and handover experience too. You will be No 1 on site, reporting to an office based/ visiting Operations Manager.
The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in working on large construction projects, and be located within a reasonable commute of Hackney, London.
Ideally looking for someone to start from Monday 5th Sept, but some flexibility.
Day rate is dependant on experience, but as a guideline we are working at the c£350 – £400/ day figure
