Job Description
Our client is a Main Contractor based in Central London growing at an impressive rate. They work with Architects, Building Surveyors and Managing Agents to execute JCT contracts (Minor & Intermediate) between the value of £50k – £2m. Their specialism started and remains with external refurbishments of traditional buildings, but a growing percentage of our projects involve CAT A office and warehouse refurbishments.
We provide an excellent service by working as a team and the Applicant will be expected to adopt this philosophy. Once settled, you will be given the responsibility to manage your own diary.
Requirements
· Interest in the industry and relevant experience
· Understanding of JCT Minor & Intermediate works contracts
· Hard working and efficient
· Able to work well in a team
· Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel and understanding of Microsoft project
· Good writing and maths skills
· Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not essential
· Experience working on refurbishment tenders between £50,000 to £2 million
£80,000, Plus package available suitable applicants
