Job Description
QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED – MID/SENIOR LEVEL
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a successful Cost Management Consultancy based in Buckingham.
You will be responsible for assisting in cost management & dealing with contractual issues for development projects from pre-op stage through to final settlement.
Duties:
Liaise with all external & internal Stakeholders to enable site progression without delays
Cost Management
Provide clear information to the site teams
Prepare monthly internal values
Prepare monthly KPI reports
Ensure projects that the projects are managed in accordance with the contract and meet the required deadlines
Oversee Sub-Contract and procurement payments
Prepare Contractor orders for the Commercial Manager
Experience Required:
Able to utilise forms of contracts such as the NEC3
Professional qualifications and/or membership of RICS (desirable)
Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships
Proficient in a range of IT systems
