Job Description
Are you a Registered Nurse currently looking for a step up in your career? Then this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join an excellent neurorehabilitation service in Birmingham.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be at the forefront of clinical care delivery on a 12 bedded neurorehabilitation unit, ensuring that all staff work to meet the fundamental standards of CQC, ensuring the highest level of care is provided by the care team.

Monitoring quality of care through everyday communication with clients and their families
Delegating tasks to care staff and ensuring that the highest level of care is provided
Ensuring that all staff works to meet the fundamental standards of CQC
Leasing with MDT, monitoring caseload and AuditsSenior Staff Nurse key criteria for the role:
RGN, RMN or RNLD with an active NMC pin
Experience in caring for adults in an acute setting
