Job Description
Eden Brown are representing a large multi-disciplined organisation with offices across Europe and the world seeking a senior town planner in their Southampton office.
Promoters of flexible working, there is capacity for remote working, as well as flexible start and finish times. The office has a great atmosphere with a sports and social club.
Roles of the job include:
Working with existing members of the team to assist them in making submissions on planning applications and site promotions.
Providing strategic advice on sites.
Developing and managing key relationships with clients.
Ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standard, within agreed fee budgets and time frames.The ideal candidate requires:
A broad planning background.
Educated to degree level or equivalent and with post-qualification experience.
Highly motivated and energetic
A strong team player
