Job Description
Service Delivery Administrator
Based: Northampton (WFH available)
Salary £22,000 to £25,000 basic dependent on experience.

The role of Service Delivery Administrator will work with the Service Delivery Manager to provide outstanding service management for their key accounts.
The key responsibilities of this role are: –
* Support the Service Delivery Manager to facilitate the Key Accounts and their ordering requirements.
* Produce quotes where necessary, working closely with Fulfilment to understand pricing and stock availability
* Provide administrative support to deliver accurate reporting to the Key Accounts within the contractually agreed timescales. Working with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure data integrity.
* Work with all internal teams ensuring bespoke data is submitted to customers as per their contract – to include, price lists, Stock Reports, Monthly Alerting, SLA Reports ensuring they are submitted to customers within the agreed timeframes
* Ensure the CRM is updated with key information as required.
* Update process documentation as required, working with Business Support team to keep the version control and current practices within the document library and linked to CRM codes.
* Be a support for Customer Service, Fulfilment and Finance Teams for non-standard day-to-day queries as required.
* Assist where required in stock control across the Key Accounts.
The successful candidate will have: –
* Evidence of successful execution of data collation and reporting.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a service driven role
* Exceptional user of MS Office particularly highly proficient in Excel
* Demonstrable results in working on multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
* Commercial appreciation and analytical thinking
* A tenacious and resilient attitude, with a desire to deliver over and above the customers’ expectations
