We are now looking for two Service Charge Accountants to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As a Service Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of several developments.
Working closely with the Property Manager, you will ensure that budget packs are produced and reviewed in time for year-end, as well as reporting on cashflow or budget developments and updating the property management database.
As you provide effective management of accounts you will oversee CHP system recharges, raise demands and manage emails relating to service charges.
Additionally, you will:
– Ensure all financial records and communications are completed in a timely fashion
– Assist with credit control
Who we’re looking for
We need someone with an analytical curiosity and the ability to build a picture through the accurate collation of data. With excellent grammar and spelling, you will excel in producing clear reports.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you’ll provide support to our property managers across a portfolio of several properties, so you will need to be comfortable managing fast moving accounts, with a keen eye for detail and change.
We’re looking to hear from driven individuals who are either studying towards, or currently hold, an AAT qualification.
Ideally, you will have experience within the property management industry.
