Job Description
My social housing client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a permanent position with remote working and occasional office visits based in Merthyr, South Wales.
Reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor this role provides support across a range of Microsoft desktop and server technologies including Windows 10 & Windows Server 2016, working to ITIL & ITSM standards. Knowledge supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices etc would be beneficial and experience with Office 365 is very useful. Previous experience working with service desk software such as Remedy or Assyst etc is required.
As the Service Desk Team are required to keep some level of onsite presence, there will be a hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.
In addition to the salary, my client is able to offer additional benefits including a public sector pension, extensive health & wellbeing benefits along with flexible/remote work. Also, my client is currently involved with the national trial for a 4-day working week where they are looking to deliver 100% of the services in 80% of the time for 100% of the salary.
