£450 a day inside ir35
Wirral
Our client is a top tier 1 contractor who currently has a high amount of civils projects across the country. We are seeking a site agent to start as soon as possible for a 4 Month placement with possible extension
Job Description:-
Recent experience in a Site Agent / Sub Agent Role
Ability to work independently leading a small team
Positive contribution to the HS&E requirements for the project including preparation & review of RAMS, SSOW
HS&E inductions, inspections and reporting as required
Update & adjust short term programme on a weekly basis
Drive progress on site to align with short term & contractual programme
Monitor and control daily activities onsite to align with cost plan
Reporting daily in the form of a shift report detailing works carried out
Resource planning and control (timesheet & allocation sheet verification, equipment & plant registers)
Materials procurement, delivery & stock control
Supervision & control of subcontractors
Oversite of engineer ensuring record keeping in line with QA requirements
Interaction with Client & Designers to raise, communication & close out technical queries
What we are looking for:-
Minimum 1 civils project within the last 2 years
TWC
Relevant CSCS
Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Document control system, Primavera software)
