Site Manager – Exeter

This forward thinking developer has been multi-award winning on projects throughout the Southwest. With a strong pipeline of opportunities in Devon they are looking to make some key appointment at Project Manager and Site Manager level.
All projects are unique and high-end with a range of housing, apartments often involving new build and refurbishment elements.
With significant growth planned this role can offer stability and strong progression for applicants who can demonstrate a track record in project delivery in the region.
To be shortlisted for this position you will come from either a main contractor or developer environment – be able to lead projects to quality outcomes in terms of safety. quality and commercial success.
The team is very supportive and will enable you to demonstrate your experience whilst being given the option to develop further as the pipeline in the region expands.
