Job Description
Venture Contracts are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a permanent basis, based in Rothwell. This will be working on a residential project.
Your Duties will be:
You will be supervising on contracts, subcontract, consultants, design teams and specialists.
Ensure all activities on site accords with both statutory Health and Safety Law and site specific RAMS.
Minimising/eliminating potential programme delays and overseeing site Logistics
Liaise with the project team, be involved in progress meetings.
Responsible for driving the site forward
Ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively
Speaking with customers directly
Requirements for the role:
SMSTS
NVQ 6 – Black Managers Card
First Aid
Experience leading a team of operatives
Able to provide 2 references
