Highly regarded law firm in central London is seeking a talented Housing Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
 
Joining the experienced team in London, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to utilise their skills and knowledge within housing and Legal Aid. Handling a mixed caseload of housing matters to include eviction and homelessness, the successful candidate will have excellent client care and communication skills.

Handling a caseload of Legal Aid matters
Assessing suitability of accommodation
Liaising with clients
Social housing

Disrepair

Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in a similar role
Experience of Legal Aid matters
Knowledge of CCMS
Outstanding client care skills
Strives for high standards in their work
A strong communicator with an empathetic approach
