Solution Architect – Kensington – £90,000 + Annual Bonus (2 day a week in the office)
We have an excellent opportunity for a Solution Architect to take that next step in their career. We're working with a unique software consultancy, specialising in building software, apps, features and upgrades for companies looking to improve their 'marketing'.
This is a bit of a quirky one, reason being it's a bit of hybrid, certainly something get your teeth into. This role is a mixture between an enterprise architect, solution architect and technical consultant. I'll explain how.
You will be the initial engagement with their customer base, ideally you will draw upon your technical background to take the requirements of the project from the customer, then advise on the potential 'best' route to take going forward.
The 'best' route can be describing the type of languages to use, size of the team, way the team should work. Some of the best Solution architect/technical consultants in the business currently, can spot the right solution/technologies to use in the first call with the customer. This keen eye for detail and depth of technical knowledge will be hugely beneficial for you in this position.
After the first call with the customer you will lead be a 'project lead', you won't need to be hands on technically, you will be an intrinsic part of the team to help keep the project running smoothly, in budget and on time to delivery.
This business have been growing extensively since 2016, it's a brilliant time to joining especially in the solution architect team. They have a wealth of experience and have key to the sustained growth they've been experiencing over the last 6 years or so.
A HUGE BONUS – this is not an essential but an understanding of marketing software or 'martech' will put you head and shoulders above other candidates.
This business is based in Kensington, although they operate in a hybrid model. If you prefer working from home you can do 4 days a week. They are a friendly bunch in the office and do get together monthly socially(optional). You will ideally be in one day a week.
Salary up top £90,000 + (Annual Bonus – 5-10%)
