Job Description
Due to continued success, a career-defining opportunity has emerged to work as a SOURCE TECHNICAL MANAGER for this world-leading supplier. This is a vital role which will require a significant contribution to help successfully deliver the business objectives. You will be part of a team managing a range of salad products from Spain ensuring that quality and due diligence standards meet the requirements of customers in the UK. This role will act as the focal point for the Spain/UK supply chain and the post holder will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships within the group of affiliated companies and growers in Spain mainly in the regions of Almeria and Murcia.

The Qualities we want to see
* Superb communication and strong negotiation skills
* A successful track record of strong relationship building
* Minimum five years fresh produce experience
* Strong understanding of farming
* Excellent attention to detail with clear focus on end results
* Leadership/team management experience
* Spanish language is a pre-requisite
