Job Description

Static Air Conditioning Engineer – Hertfordshire – £45K
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £salary up to £45K Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be situated at a large state of the art Commercial Building in Ware, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000

Duties:

Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
Some minor general maintenance
HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
AHU Plant and associated Equipment
Split System Maintenance
VRV Servicing
Chiller Servicing
AHU Servicing

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
