Job Description
Position: Supply Chain Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Location: Hoddesdon, Herts
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Monday – Friday, 0830am – 5pm
Supply Chain Supervisor:
Do you have current experience working as a Supply Chain Manager or similar?
Maybe you’re experienced in manufacturing, supply chain management or within a product manufacturing environment?
Are you familiar using MRP and MSP Plans?
Do you have experience using ERP systems within Microsoft Dynamics/Navision?
Is having excellent planning and analytical skills one of your strengths? Maybe you have experience of managing supply forecasts and delivering schedules?
Are you a confident, driven individual who would enjoy working in a dynamic and fast moving brand with ambitious growth plans?

Our Client:
A well-established brand which specialise in manufacturing and selling products globally is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join their friendly and busy team.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for all aspects of incoming material management and order fulfilment. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Production Manager to ensure MPS/MRP Plan is being delivered on time and achieve or improving on the planned cost.
To succeed as our client’s Supply Chain Manager, you must have excellent planning and analytical skills, combined with commercial experience.You must have an aptitude for building and managing supply forecasts and delivery schedules.
Supply Chain Supervisor Responsibilities
Scheduling / Planning / Forecasting / ERP / MRP / Supply Chain
Run regular and focused MPS/MRP processes using the company's ERP system
Ensure the company's ERP system is up to date and accurately maintained
Procurement/Purchasing processing
Liaising with suppliers and customers on delivery of goods
Production order kitting and processing
Close working relationship with Stores to ensure accurate stock analysis / Inventory control
Achieve KPI targets as published for supplier on time delivery, quality and acknowledgement performance.
Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
General Requirements
Do you have prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain management or a related planning activity field ideally in product manufacturing environment.
Experience in building both MRP and MSP Plans
Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience using ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics(Business central) / Navision
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Exceptional analytical skills
Good organisational and execution skills
Competent in problem solving and decision making.
