Support Worker The Role:
At TLTP Care we are looking for an experienced Support Worker to provide high quality care for a vulnerable adult located in Brentwood. The service user has a friendly but hyper dog, so being familiar with dogs is a must.
This role will include promoting independence and strive to ensure the service user remains as independent as possible, making the service user feel comfortable in their own home. Supporting them gain access to the community and explore areas that they have not been able to do so alone.
Building a positive professional relationship with both the service user and their family is important, showing patience and having good communication skills will contribute towards this
