Your New Company
We have partnered up with a fantastic firm who focuses on Built environment and create a true sustainable building. They aim to provide unique and innovate solutions for each client. They work both private and public sectors. Your new role You will be reporting to the Managing Director. You Will undertake compliance calculations and dynamic simulation modelling to support building design. You will meet necessary compliance criteria such as Building Regulations Part L and relevant planning policies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Producing PART L and EPC Reports, Thermal Comfort Reports
Design experience in sustainability (Preferred but Essential)
Thermal modelling
IES VE Software
Energy modelling and assessment
Client engagement
Understanding of renewable technologies
Producing energy statements
Energy calculations
Experience and understanding of BREEAM assessments.
