Job Description
Role: Team Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000
Location: Henley-in-Arden B95
We are working on behalf of an award winning and outstanding organisation to recruit an experienced Administrator to support with providing an effective administration service to their operations, sales and customer service teams. This is a full-time position office based position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment whereby you can add value to both internal colleagues and external customers, with a flexible approach and using your initiative.
Role and responsibilities:
* Acting as key operational and administrative support to an expanding customer operations, finance and sales team
* Responsible for customer and supplier liaison by email to resolve outstanding issues
* Support the Sales Support Administrator with tasks during peak periods such as preparing quotes
* Processing vehicle documentation such as fines / damage / tax and MOTs
* Validating and cross-checking invoices received by suppliers
* Chasing for outstanding documentation to approve invoices
* Ensure all data and administration records are correctly processed and up to date in adherence to compliance procedures
* Daily use of internal CRMs and Microsoft packages such as Excel
* General administrative duties as required
Skills and experience required:
* Proven work history as in administration such as sales support, customer service or finance is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
* Strong eye for detail to accurately process data is essential
* Positive and enthusiastic mentality
* Flexible approach to support variety of teams
