Excellent opportunity for an experience complaints officer to join a growing Fintech Company.
3 month role – either remote or hybrid.

UK leading digital bank based in City of London
Description
Investigate, record, respond to and seek to effectively resolve customer complaints verbally and in writing
Ensure complaints are managed in line with TCF and internal procedures and policies as dictated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
TCF and FCA regulation considerations
Ensure all complaints are managed fairly, accurately and clearly. Responding to them within set time limits
Liaise with internal departments to gather information to ensure the thorough resolution of complaints as well as providing key feedback on complaint causes to the business
Make suggestions to improve processes and documentation to reduce complaintsProfile
Must have complaints experience within on of the following areas:
Financial services Ombudsmen,
Though huntswood for a bank,
Directly for a bank,
Within Fin techMust be able to interview within a couple a days and start role on 12th September.
Job Offer
Competitive day rate – £125-£150 a day.
Flexibility of remote working
Monday – Friday – 09:00-17:30
