Job Description

Our client, a fast growing and dynamic technology company,, are looking to recruit a Technical Helpdesk Analyst.
Your role will be to remotely install and maintain the multifunctional devices and their supporting systems whilst also successfully managing the ticketing queue.

Responsibilities of the Technical Helpdesk Analyst:
– Isolate, troubleshoot and resolve software issues by phone, email and remotely
– Prioritise support requests
– Provide 2nd & 3rd line support
– Set up devices, advising engineers on site best practise
– Escalate to the helpdesk manager when necessary

Skills of the Technical Helpdesk Analyst:
– 1st line support
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Knowledge of printers, scanner, MDFs
– Experience with Windows servers and workstations
