Job Description

The Recruitment Group are recruiting for two perm Telesales positions for our client in Castle Donington.  If you are interested in this Telesales position you will need to have a background in Customer Services looking to go onto Sales.
 
Pay Rate:

£20,000 to £25,000 (OTE around £24,000 to £30,000) per annum depending on experience 
Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm (could be an option for part time) 
Duties include:

To pro-actively and re-actively promote the product range to new and existing customers with the aim of closing sales to meet and surpass the required sales targets
To meet monthly, annual and any other financial and none-financial targets set by the Management
Responsible for the accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers
To process enquiries by phone, email and occasional personal visits, trade shows or meetings as and when required
To maintain good relations with customers
To solve and provide solutions to customers’ problems
To ensure customer data and information is dealt with securely under GDPR rules
Record the progress of all enquiries 
About you:

Good standard of English and maths
Good communication skills
Sales knowledge
Good IT skills
