Your responsibilities as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor will be:
Talking to our candidates on the phone to assess suitability for job roles
Adding relevant candidate interview information to our crm system.
Writing candidate profiles and forwarding candidate cv's to our clients.
Arranging interviews and preparing and debriefing candidates.
