I am delighted to be recruiting for a highly successful Global Standards business that works through a network of partners that delivers audit and certification services all round the world, currently they are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to join their expanding team. You will be joining the business at a very busy and critical time so be prepared after the initial induction and training to hit the ground running.
As the new Training Coordinator you will be responsible for customer success and ensuring the profitable and cost effective delivery of global training courses in line with budgetary expectations, policies, mechanisms and procedures. Working closely with the wider team you will act as a scheduling/account management hub with customer service front and centre at all times. The role includes working with and supporting the Training Operations Manager to support the strategic aims of the department and wider business.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
Experience in operational delivery and ability to recognise opportunities to streamline processes and delivery mechanisms
Experience of managing Learning and Development teams and L&D best practice
Familiar with quality management systems and internal procedure management
Able to demonstrate experience of working for a member / club / training organisation
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
Excellent and proven customer service skills
Ability to manage complex schedules with clear, warm, collaborative, and open communications
Ability to utilise tools (MS Teams, Email, etc) that supports the management of remote staff.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and invoicingSalary c. £35,000 to £37,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) – with the possibility to go slightly higher for the right candidate, excellent benefits package and bonus scheme. Offices based in the city close to excellent transport links. This role will also offer flexible working from home for part of the week
