Job Description

Our client is a large logistics/delivery company based near Heathrow
This role will provide effective volume recruitment coordination support to the recruitment team that looks after (Apply online only) plus vacancies at any one time. The post-holder will have experience within high volume recruitment or similar environment that is ever-changing/ high volume, where organisation skills are a must. This is initially a 6 month FTC but could possibly extend or even be made permanent.
Duties include:
* Coordination of high volume recruitment – sourcing candidates/ application pre-screening etc.
* Managing high volumes of vacancies – 50 at once across multiple sites
* Recruitment administration – assessment centres, interviews, background checks etc.
* Advertising vacancies in an attractive and exciting way
* Occasional travel to other sites
We are looking for someone who has these existing skills
* High volume recruitment experience, industry is not important however Engineering is desirable
* Proven organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
* Great people skills/ relationship builder
* Strong admin skills including use of databases and Excel
* Able to work in a process driven environment
